Urban Equity Advisors focuses specifically on Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), serving vulnerable populations such as individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, participants in LA's Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR), transition-aged youth (TAY), and survivors of domestic violence.
With extensive experience in pre-planning, pro forma development, pre-leasing, and stabilization across the asset management spectrum, Urban Equity Advisors delivers bespoke solutions that ensure long-term project success.
