Urban Equity Advisors, a family enterprise established in 2014, began to provide oversight for thirteen family-owned apartment properties in Los Angeles, CA. With experience and expertise in Real Estate, Finance, and Economics, the company has evolved into a dynamic consulting firm specializing in supporting non-profit affordable housing developers. Urban Equity Advisors focuses specifically on Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), serving vulnerable populations such as individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, participants in LA's Office of Diversion and Reentry (ODR), transition-aged youth (TAY), and survivors of domestic violence.

With extensive experience in pre-planning, pro forma development, pre-leasing, and stabilization across the asset management spectrum, Urban Equity Advisors delivers bespoke solutions that ensure long-term project success.
