Emmanuel Choice is the Managing Director of Urban Equity Advisors, bringing over 20 years of experience in asset management, real estate, and financial planning. With expertise in affordable housing and Permanent Supportive Housing, he specializes in maximizing property performance while serving vulnerable populations. Emmanuel holds certifications including CCIM, CHAM, and CFS, along with a certificate in Real Estate Development from USC, and is committed to fostering sustainable, community-driven growth.

Naomi Choice is the Operations Manager at Urban Equity Advisors, where she leverages her expertise in real estate, finance, and economics to drive impactful asset management strategies. Currently pursuing her MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Naomi focuses on maximizing the financial performance and long-term viability of affordable housing developments. 

Elijah Choice is a Financial Analyst at Urban Equity Advisors. With expertise in real estate market analysis and financial modeling, he provides actionable insights that support the firm's affordable housing initiatives. Elijah holds a BS in Business Finance from High Point University and a Real Estate Finance certification from the University of Colorado Boulder.
